Tara Christman

President

Marketing and Social Media Professional with Cardinal Financial, Tara hails from Colorado. Since November, 2020, Tara has offered Dance Express her social media skills on FaceBook and Twitter. 

Tara loves meeting new people and businesses and envisions building broader community connections for Dance Express with her marketing skills.  She is proud of her commitment to enhance the lives of persons with disabilities.  Her experience working with persons with disabilities includes work as a group home house manager, employment counselor, and work crew supervisor.

Mark Rosoff

Treasurer Pro Tem and Community Advocate

Director and Founder of Front Range Institute for Safety; poet and musician with Two Fingers Sound Arts; BS University of Massachusetts; MA Recreational Therapy from University of Northern Colorado; visionary for creation of Dance Express through creative arts workshops in 1988. Dance Express board, 8/94 to 8/07; Dance Express Advisory Board 8/07 to 5/14. Mark served on the panel for Conversations on Inclusion in the Arts and Culture in 2021.

BETH LITTLE

Secretary

Beth Little is a native Coloradoan. Growing up in Fort Collins, she spent from age 3 into her 30's doing ballet, modern, jazz, and musical theater. A professional dancer for many years, Beth has a Bachelor's degree  from CU Boulder in dance with an emphasis in performance. Her accomplishments include the creation of an evening length show called "Between Life and Reality", training in Latin styles of movement, performing in LA, Utah, and Denver. With training in social work, she worked for 15 years as a Program Manager for Early Intervention for Developmental Pathways, Inc, a nonprofit that serves children with differing levels of abilities. Beth alsovolunteers for Dance Express as a teacher, choreographer, and performer. She enjoys paddle boarding, biking, hiking, salsa dancing, playing with her cats, gardening, and working backstage at Red Rocks. 

"I am motivated by the hard work and ultimately the joy of the dancers as they proudly express themselves through the art or movement.I'm impressed with Dance Express: support and creating community, artistry and beautiful works for all to see and experience."
